How We Met
Our Story
It was a quiet Sunday morning at a small atelier café tucked behind Portobello Road. Julian was sketching furniture designs at the corner table; Nora was three tables away, correcting a stack of manuscripts with a red pen and a distracted frown.
Their eyes met over the espresso machine's hiss, and neither looked away first. He sent over a second cup of coffee she hadn't ordered. She sent back a note on a napkin: Only if you tell me what you're building.
He told her. She stayed until closing. Three years later, they are still building — this time, a life together.
