Got Questions?

We have answers about pricing and plans

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade anytime and the new features unlock immediately. Plus and Pro are one-time payments, so there is nothing to downgrade.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fees and no contracts. Plus and Pro are one-time payments; only the Agency subscription renews, and you can cancel it anytime.

Do you offer discounts for groups?

Yes! We offer special pricing for 5+ weddings or events.Contact us

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Checkout is handled securely by Polar.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.Read the refund policy

Is there a free trial?

You can build and publish for free on any free template — the Experience plan keeps your site live for 30 days, no credit card required. Premium templates are free to try too; publishing one needs Plus. Upgrade whenever you are ready.

What happens when my plan expires?

A free site goes offline after 30 days and a Plus site after 1 year. Your content stays saved, so upgrading brings the site straight back online. Pro sites never expire.
