02 / Our Story

## How We Crashed Into Each Other

They met at a street art festival in Brooklyn — the kind where the music is too loud and the murals aren't finished yet. Kaleo was photographing a piece no one else noticed. Maya was the artist who left it half-done on purpose.

What started as a debate about intention became a walk, became a late-night diner, became three years of filling blank walls with a life neither of them expected — and both of them needed.

"The city was the backdrop.\
Each other was the mural."
