Owen runs his family's fourth-generation honey farm in the Hudson Valley. When he's not tending hives, you'll find him fly fishing, listening to Americana, or perfecting his brisket recipe.
Mara is a food writer and photographer based in Brooklyn. She is deeply committed to farmers markets, late-night diners, and the idea that every great meal tells a story worth sharing.
