INT. OUR STORY — BEFORE THE FILM

## How We Met

Margaux was running post-production on a short film in Marseille when the color grading suite crashed for the third time. Théo was the technician who showed up at midnight to fix it. He stayed until 4am — not because the fix was complicated, but because he had never seen anyone care that much about a sixteen-second shot.

She screened the film six months later. He was in the front row. This wedding is the next production.

## Meet the The Couple

### Théo

Margaux is a film director and colorist whose work has screened at Clermont-Ferrand and Sundance. She edits on instinct and grades by feel. Her current project is seventeen minutes long and has no dialogue.

### Margaux

Théo is a post-production engineer and cinema technician who has worked on over forty feature films. He still believes that projection prints are more beautiful than digital. He has been trying to build a 35mm telecine in his apartment for two years.
