## How We Met

Paris, France

Celeste was designing the floral arrangements for a private rooftop garden commissioned by a developer in the 7th arrondissement. Hugo was the landscape architect who had drawn the plans. She arrived with armfuls of peonies and a very specific vision. He had a very specific vision too, and it was completely different from hers.

They spent three days arguing about roses versus climbing hydrangeas, about height ratios and sightlines and the way evening light falls. By the end, the garden was extraordinary. By the end, they were in love — surrounded by the most beautiful thing they had ever created together.

With love
