We met on a quiet autumn afternoon in a small bookshop in Florence. What started as a conversation over a shared love of poetry quickly became something neither of us expected. That first evening together, walking along the Arno as the sun set over the Ponte Vecchio, we both knew this was the beginning of something extraordinary.
