## Met

It was the autumn equinox, and the forest was on fire with color. Sylvie was photographing the light through the canopy when she quite literally walked into Rowan — who was crouched down, quietly sketching a cluster of ferns at the forest floor.

She helped him gather his scattered papers. He offered to show her the hidden grove where the light fell perfectly at 4pm. Neither of them went home that evening until the stars came out. Three years and countless forest walks later, the trees are getting a wedding.
