Sven was installing a chair prototype at a research institute in Copenhagen. Maja was there for a conference on bioluminescence. She walked into the wrong room, sat in the chair without asking, and told him it needed adjusting.

He asked her to demonstrate. She spent forty minutes explaining, using her hands. He took notes. He adjusted the chair. She came back the next day to check.
